The Portal has a vast collection of DSWD Knowledge Products (KPs) and other learning resources on social welfare and social protection. It is a multi-faceted approach to managing and sharing print, digital, and audio-visual materials that are user-centered and responsive to the needs of the learning community.
The DSWD KM Portal's website is an interactive and virtual facility designed to provide learning opportunities across borders with its downloadable resources, and databases of communities of practice (CoP).
