Drupal Training: Crafting Websites and Web Applications for Students and Beginners at Western Mindanao State University (WMSU), Zamboanga City
On December 14, 2023, first-year college students from BSIT, BSCS, and ACT (Associate in Computer Technology) at Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) attended the Drupal seminar.
iBuild.PH, with Jerome Esperanza, conducted and gave a well-rounded approach to the subject. This is hosted and organized by the school's College of Computing Studies and the College Student Council (CSC), which contributed to the overall success of the Drupal training.
The seminar focused on the topic of Drupal, which is a well-known open-source web content management system (CMS) that can build, manage, and publish material online.
Its extensive features and applications enable one to create websites and web apps. It offers a multitude of templates along with a plethora of tools and resources to assist in crafting unique solutions.
This comprehensive training conducts a practical and hands-on demonstration for students and beginners on building websites and apps, with subjects like installing and configuring Drupal, producing content, controlling users and permissions, and utilizing themes and modules to alter a site's appearance and feel. Additionally, it gives participants practical Drupal knowledge so they may play around with it.
