However, due to recent industry-wide increases in domain registration costs and rising web hosting costs from our upstream providers, we will be adjusting the prices across all of our web hosting plans. These changes ensure we continue delivering reliable services while aligning with evolving pricing trends and enhancing our infrastructure.

Why are prices increasing?

As part of our commitment to offering a wide range of top-level domains (TLDs), we partner with numerous domain registries worldwide. Occasionally, these registries increase their prices, which impacts our costs. While we worked hard to absorb these increases and delayed adjustments as long as possible, starting in August 2024, our domain registration partners implemented price hikes. We deferred implementing any changes until October 2024, but these adjustments could not be ignored anymore; thus, they have now become necessary.

Additionally, rising web hosting costs from our upstream providers and our plans for infrastructure upgrades and service improvements mean that both lower and higher-tiered plans will all reflect adjusted pricing.

What's changing?

Additionally, due to the expected price increases as well as webhosting costs from our upstream provider, all of our web hosting packages will also be increasing its infrastructure costs, and undergo respective server upgrades and improvements.

Effective immediately (October 24, 2024), the following web hosting plans, which include a domain in their package, will reflect updated pricing as now indicated on our website:

• Startup Builder Plan-1 (from PHP 1,500 to PHP 1,800 or USD 30 Yearly)
• Startup Builder Plan-2 (from PHP 2,500 to PHP 2,800 or USD 46 Yearly)
• Startup Builder Plan-3 (from PHP 3,500 to PHP 3,800 or USD 64 Yearly)
• Startup Builder Plan-10 (from PHP 8,000 to PHP 8,500, request quote for USD)
• Business Builder Plan (from PHP 10,500 to PHP 11,500, request quote for USD)
• Enterprise Builder Plan (from PHP 23,000 to PHP 33,000, request quote for USD)

These updates accommodate not only domain cost increases but also ensure sustained investment in performance, security, and scalability for our hosting infrastructure.

What remains unchanged?

Custom plans that are not included in the fixed plans mentioned above are not covered by this advisory and shall mostly remain unchanged, or with an increase with due notice to the respective clients subscribed to such customized and bespoke hosting plans.
